Nike Air Max 1 x Concepts – 'Heavy'

On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Air Max to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Air range, the Beaverton-based brand is unveiling an original collaboration with the Concepts shop on the "Message To Universe" collection, which is inspired by the hippie movement of the 1960s.  

The Nike Air Max 1 SP Concepts Heavy unveils a premium structure with mixed materials such as washed denim on the quarter panel and toe box and a Tiger Camo pattern throughout the mudguard. An orange bandana print adorns the heel and contrasts with the rest of the silhouette. A tri-coloured swoosh with floral detailing neatly dresses the panels. The entire shoe is set on a beige speckle effect sole with a gum outsole. 

Unveiled alongside the Friday It pays homage to the outfits and accessories worn by peace activists at the 1969 Woodstock Festival !
